29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. a. At the site, on or about July 31, 2012, two employees using pneumatic nail guns to install roofing shingles were not wearing safety glasses or face shields to protect against being struck-by debris or projectiles. THE GP ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION USA, INC.
