29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) On or before 8/2/2012, at the Knee Type Milling Machine, F 400, asset #08237, the sliding guard door was not interlocked. b) At the Knee Type Milling Machine, F 400, asset #08237, the Opening in top of the guard was approximately 12'' x 26", Approximately 20" from head for machine. c) In Dept. 515 Heckert Mill workcell, the rotating Air drill was not guarded. d) In Dept. 515 Heckert Mill workcell, the rotating Horizontal drill was not guarded.
