29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repairs, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Milling machine CNC Department; the aisles in employees work area was obstructed with shaving bins, a tool cabinet, and storage containers, exposing employees to fall hazards.
