29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. Rt. 219 Approximately 200 Feet From Blacksman Run Road: An employee was not wearing a body belt and lanyard while cutting tree branches at a height of approximately 30 feet from the platform/basket of an Altec boom, Model AT 40 C, as determined on 7-16-12. b. Approximately 21 Feet North of Pole 254 on Rt.219: An employee was not wearing a body belt and lanyard while cutting tree branches at a height of approximately 20 feet from the platform/basket of an Altec boom, Model AT 40 C, as determined on 7-16-12.
