29 CFR 1910.180(c)(2): The cab(s) of wheel mounted crane(s) were not provided with a load rating chart with clearly legible letters and figures, which was securely fixed and easily visible to the operator while seated at the control: (a) On or about 07/06/12 - at roadway diagonally adjacent to the burner area at Southern Ionics facility located at 5410 Riechold Rd, Tuscaloosa, AL, a load rating chart was not provided and securely fixed to the crane cab on the Shuttlelift crane that an employee was using to move a steel ramp.
