29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926,501(k) developed and implemented: This employer is failing to ensure employees are protected from falling greater than six feet in height during the course of work on elevated surfaces. The violations were moist recently observed at a work site, located at 145 S. Edgemoor, Wichita, KS, where employees were observed working from a roof surface of a residential structure, without the use of fall protection to prevent a fall greater than six feet to the ground below.
