29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): Each exit route was not adequately lighted so that an employee with normal vision can see along the exit route. a) 24483 Sussex Highway, Seaford, DE - Employees working in the facility without adequately lighted exit routes. Exit doors in the ice storage room and compressor room are labeled with signs, but are not lighted in case of power outage. The employees work in the areas on a daily basis. This exposed the employees to injuries from potential fire hazards. The violation was observed on or about June 8, 2012. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
