29 CFR 1910.137(b)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment shall be subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and the maximum intervals between tests shall be in accordance with Table I-5 and Table I-6. Throughout facility - On or about June 15, 2012, employee(s) were required to use personal protective equipment such as rubber insulating gloves during their assigned electrical work. The employee(s) were required to work on or near voltages between 120 VAC - 480 VAC. The rubber insulating gloves were not subjected to periodic electrical tests. Employee(s) were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with live electrical parts.
