29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving: a) On or about 05/24/12, in the production area, a Kalamazoo MS1218VS Horizontal Band Saw was not anchored to floor. This saw was placed on top of three layers of small wood pieces and wood beams. Employees cutting metal pieces with this saw were exposed to machine walking, moving or falling on them. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
