29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: (a) Jobsite- Summit Park Drive, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about May 17, 2012 an employee was defeating the guard while operating the STIHL TS 420 cut-off saw to cut an 18 inch concrete pipe, to the extent that is was not providing protection to the employee from the rotating blade.
