29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Employees working on a steep commercial roof ranging from approximately 10 to 17 feet above grade were not utilizing adequate fall protection. Chad Tish Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 107354, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 9, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4685 High Point Drive, Rockford, Illinois.
