29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about 4/20/12 employees involved with removing crane boom sections for further assembly by additional personnel such as, but not limited tok with an American 5299, were not fully trained on the required procedures for safe unloading and assembly. Employees ewre thereby exposed to struck by and crushing hazards.
