The employer does not keep Exit Routes free and unobstructed: 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed: A recent example of this occurred on 10/25/11, when: a) At the loading dock cooler area, an exit route access was blocked by dairy products cases. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure to keep all exit routes free and unobstructed. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19(d), the employer must submit documents describing the steps it is taking to ensure compliance, within 30 days of the date it receives this citation. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
