Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to THE HAZARD OF LIFTING A GREATER LOAD THAN THE DEVICE CAN HANDLE: a)On the pack line, on or about 11/14/11: A below-the-hook lifting device (pallet grab) did not have load rating capacity markings. b)In the roll shop, on or about 11/15/11: A below-the-hook lifting device (lathe grinding wheel holder) did not have load rating capacity markings. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to: Mark the rated load capacity of the device on the device in accordance with ASME B30.20-2010, Section 20-1.2.1.10,
