29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): The employer did not include all equipment that was part of the process on piping and instrument diagrams (P & ID's): A)Worksite - On October 14, 2011, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not complete the P & ID's in enough detail. The P & ID's were missing: 1)Equipment pertaining to the bleach machine, such as the cooling system and heat exchanger downstream of the reactor. 2)Chlorine blow lines for Vats 53 and 54, and manual valves coming from Chlorine Blow Vats 53 and 54 and discharging to vacuum pumps. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
