29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: (a)Box Room, Small Bliss Machine: Employees accessed an open sided platform that was 4 feet 6 inches above ground level to stack boxes. The platform was not guarded with standard railing on the backside of the platform, as observed on November 08, 2011.
