29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: a) Range Line- The employer did not ensure that employees utilized protective eye equipment while performing assigned operator duties on the # 6 range line. Employees were exposed to the hazard of ammonia, hydrogen peroxide and THPS while performing assigned duties for the manufacture of fire retardant fabrics.
