Inadequate Housekeeping (miscellaneous boxes, drums, spare parts, etc) was found in the following area: 1. Maintenance Shop - Back. 2. Maintenance Shop - Middle. 3. Maintenance Shop - Front. 4. Outside Maintenance building. 5. Process Unit. 6. Lab. 7. Emergency Shower/Eye Wash areas used for storage of equipment in Process Unit. 8. HVAC Room. 9. Wooden floor damaged in Fire Pump building.
