29 CFR 1910.120(q)(1): Employers whose employees were engaged in emergency response no matter where it occurs except for employees engaged in operations specified in 29 CFR 1910.120(a)(1)(i) through (a)(1)(iv), did not develop and implement an emergency response plan to handle anticipated emergencies prior to commencement of emergency response operations: (a)Maintenance - Where employees were expected to approach the ammonia refrigeration system and stop the flow of liquid ammonia by manually closing the king valve. the employer did not develop and implement an emergency response plan on or about July 21, 2011, Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
