29 CFR 1910.119(g)(1)(i): The employer did not train each employee, before being involved in operating a newly assigned process, in an overview of the process and in the operating procedures as specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(f): a. 10-4 Plant Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit - During the startup of the 10-4 Plant Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit (10-4 FCCU), several employees who were working at other units were assigned to work at this unit. None of those employees had received training in the operating procedures that address startup following a turnaround. Observed On or About April 4, 2010 Sunoco, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection: #310720263, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1b and affirmed as a final order on September 15, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at the Marcus Hook Refinery. ABATEMENT NOTE: ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED.
