Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to install a anti-two-block device on the crane in accordance with ANSI B30.5- 1994. b.On or about March 24, 2010, the truck mounted crane did not have a safety latch on the load hook when lifting a personnel platform, exposing the employee to a 25 feet fall hazard. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to install a safety latch on the load hook in accordance with ANSI B30.5-1994.
