Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que estan causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Municipality of Patillas did not provide training to their employees related to the establishment's written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace, as required by Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act, Act No. 16 of 1975. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to provide training to all the establishment's employees related to its written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace. Municipio de Patillas no proveyo adiestramiento a sus empleados relacionado al protocolo escrito del establecimiento para el manejo de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo, segun requerido por la Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico, Ley Num. 16 de 1975. Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es proveer adiestramiento a todos los empleados del establecimiento relacionado a su protocolo escrito para el manejo de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo.a
