Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a burn hazard: (a) On or about 09/04/09 - employees are exposed to the hazard of being splashed with diesel fuel No.2 when transferring from four 55-gallon drums to a service vehicle using a Shurflo pump and hose system. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to mount and secure the Shurflo pump in accordance with the Installation and Operation manual.on
