Labor and Employment Article, Section 5-104(a): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a)Date of Violation:07/16/09 Location:East Side of Site near Stadium Condition:Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by vehicular traffic while not having free and unobstructed access and egress of the portable toilet facilities. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to install, maintain, and operate the portable toilet facilities in a manner that would not endanger the health or safety of employees per ANSI Z4.3-2005, para. 3.1, Nonsewered Waste-Disposal Systems-Minimum Requirements.
