In the production area: The hook of the electric hoist, Northern Tool, was used with the safety latch twisted. Section 16-2.2.1 Of the American National Standard, ANSI B30.161973 Overhead Hoist:Deficiencies shall be carefully examined and a determination made as to whether they constitute a safety hazard. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is: 1. Replace the safety latch according with manufacture's recommendations.es
