29 CFR 1910.119(d)(2)(i)(A): Process safety information pertaining to the techno logy of the process did not include a block flow diagram or simplified process f low diagram: This violation was observed on or about 1/19/2010, where the employer did not ma intain or develop a block flow diagram (BFD) or process flow diagram (PFD) for t he processes present on the EC2 platform. Employees were potentially exposed to fire, explosion and chemical exposure. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19(d), within 10 calendar days of the date of the citation, the employer must submit documentatio n showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the s teps it is taking to ensure that block flow diagrams of the process on the EC2 p latform are developed and maintained.
