29 CFR 1910.24(e): Fixed stairs were installed at an angle to the horizontal greater than 50 degrees: a- Hess Port Reading Refinery, Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU), T-501 Main Column, Reactor Overhead Blind (ROB) - Operators making rounds, performing procedures and responding to emergencies were exposed to fall hazards while using fixed metal stairs installed at a 60 degree angle with treads measuring 3 inches in depth. Condition noted on or about 02/09/09.
