29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(C): Information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include electrical classification: a) E2 Reactor Area - Employees were exposed to a vinyl chloride monomer explosion hazard in that the employer did not have information pertaining to six exhaust fans, identified as PropMasterTM Model K24H fans, located along the wall and adjacent to vinyl chloride monomer batch reactors, to substantiate the electrical classifications for these fans. On or about May 23, 2012. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
