Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: airborne diseases Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: enfermedades aerotransportadas a)Workplace (Ambulatory Medicine: Endoscopy / Bronchoscopy Room): Bronchoscopies must be realized in a negative pressure room. The exhaust duct was obstructed by adhesive tape, this condition affected the room negative pressure capacity. Hazard: employees exposed airborne diseases (ex. Tuberculosis). Reference: CDC Guidelines - 2005. a)Lugar de Trabajo (Medicina Ambulatoria: Salon de Endoscopia / Brocoscopia): Las brocoscopias tienen que llevarse a cabo dentro de un cuarto con presion negativa. El conducto de extraccion estaba obstruido con cinta adhesiva, esta condicion afectaba la capacidad de presion negativa del cuarto. Riesgo: empleados expuestos a enfermedades aerotransportadas (ex.
