Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazards of fire: (a) On or about 10/07/08 a LPG cylinder connected for use was being stored inside of a enclosed doghouse trailer at the oil well located. One feasible and acceptable abatement method among others is to read and follow the manufacture label on the cylinder. Ref: Warning label on the cylinder stated "FOR OUTSIDE USE ONLY, DO NOT STORE IN ENCLOSED AREAS". 29CFR1926.153(j) Storage of LPG containers within buildings is prohibited.
