The area showed cracks on the floor, walls and the ceiling, in addition to pieces of the ceiling concrete were loosening. Hazard: Hit by concrete pieces, trip and falls. Among other correction methods, a feasible and acceptable to correct this hazard is to repair the structural damages of the building. En el Centro de Expedientes Academicos del Distrito Escolar San Juan I, los empleados realizaban los siguientes trabajos: limpiando el area, archivando, buscando y guardando documentos. El area presentaba grietas en el piso, las paredes y el techo, ademas pedazos del techo estaban desprendiendose. Riesgo: Golpeados por pedazos de concreto, tropezones y caidas. Entre otos metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es reparar los danos estructurales del edificio.ales
