Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Date: on or about 08/30/2007 Location: 1022 Maddox Drive, East Elijay Equipment: Self propelled scissor lift, Models 1930 & 2032 Condition: The top rail of the self propelled scissor lift was being used to support a beam that weighed approximately 300 pounds.
