AMENDED PER THE STIPULATION AND JOINT MOTION : a) Synthetic slings used to lift metal columns were not protected from cuts or other damage. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to use sliding sleeves or edge caps to prevent contact by the synthetic sling at the column edge.
