Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Crushed-by and caught between hazards at the Gordon Ranch, 7714 FM 359, Richmond, Texas, where on the date of March 23, 2007 while mowing the grounds with a Kubota ZD21 diesel riding lawnmower without the roll over protective device while wearing a seatbelt. A feasible and acceptable method to abate the hazard would be to: Comply with the Owner's Manual, page one of Safe Operation, Section 1- Before Operating, paragraph four and paragraph five.raph
