29 CFR Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards: Front Stock Room and Training Room: Employees were exposed to falling metal grid work and wet ceiling tiles. Among others, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to: Replace the damaged ceiling tile and grid work.
