Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: a. Receive serious injuries due to employees working in pothole patching at 9:25am in the road #2 Km. 200.0, Yauco, PR. The employer did not develop a Temporary Traffic Control Plan (TTC Plan) in detail before the work was made. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement metod to correct this hazard is make the Temporary Traffic Control Plan (TTC Plan) in detail as recomended in the Manual Uniform Traffic Control Devices (AMUTCD), 1988 Edition,Revision 3, September 3, 1993 or later edition. a. Recibir lesiones serias debido a empleados trabajando en rellenar hoyos con asfalto a las 9:25am en la carretera #2 Km. 200.0, Yauco, PR. El patrono no desarrollo el "Temporary Traffic Control Plan" (TTC Plan) en detalle antes de que el trabajo se realizara. Entre otros metodos, un metodo aceptable y posible de corregir este riesgo es hacer en "Temporary Traffic Plan" (TTC Plan) en detalle segun recomendado en el "Manual On Unifor Traffic Control Devices (AMUTCD), 1988 Edition, Revision 3, September 3, 1993" o ultima edicion.
