Un empleado que se encontraba removiendo parte de los desechos, que quedaban dentro del contenedor quedo atrapado entre la compuerta y la base del camion, cuando otro empleado activo el mecanismo para controlar la compuerta localizada al frente cerca de la puerta del chofer. Ademas de otros metodos un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es proveer adiestramiento y educacion a todos los empleados antes de comenzar a trabajar con este tipo de equipo.r
