The platform had loose metal boards and a hole near a metal post. The employees were exposed to fall or stumble. One feasible and acceptable abatement method among others, to correct this hazard is to replace these boards or soldering the loose ones to the frame and cover the hole. En Safety Kleen Systems Inc en Manati, habian dos empleados limpiando unos contenedores en el almace. La plataforma tenia planchas de metal del piso sueltas y un hueco cerca de un poste de metal. Los empleados estaban expuestos a caerse y tropezar. Un metodo factible y aceptable entre otros, para corregir esta condicion es reemplazar estas planchas o soldar las planchas suletas al marco de metal y cubrir el hueco.
