There was a roof leak inside the building, when its raining create slippery conditions, due to wet floors. One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct this hazard is that the employer can fix the roof leaks sealing the cracks. En la Oficina de Educacion Especial en Hatillo, los empleados realizaban tareas administrativas. Habia una filtracion dentro del edificio, cuando llueve crea condiciones resbalosas debido a pisos mojados.
