MN Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees; specifically: An employee was observed working from an elevated work platform attached to a Lull rough terrian fork lift. The employee was not using proper fall protection which exposed him to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet to ground level.
