Nothing was in place to prevent material from tipping over and falling on employee in area. AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF ABATEMENT WOULD BE TO 1) SECURE BASE TO GROUND, 2) ANGLE BRACE PIECE FROM THE GROUND UP AND/OR 3) SECURE THE VERTICAL PIECE FROM ABOVE. THESE THREE IMPLEMENTATIONS, AMONG OTHER EFFECTIVE MEANS, MUST BE IN PLACE TO PREVENT MATERIAL FROM TIPPING.
