North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a crushing hazard. a) Operator failed to provide a temporary labor camp which was free from electrical hazards in that the following electrical hazards were present at 3905 Denny Store Rd.,Roxboro, NC.,27574. 1) Two ceiling light fixtures were not installed correctly in that they were dangling from the actual electrical light wiring that was incorrectly spliced.Lighting was not installed in accordance with manufacturers guidance. Recommendation for corrective action would be to have a qualified electrician install light fixtures.an
