Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the following: a.On the site, the employer did not ensure employees transitioning from the platform of the personnel basket on the Gehl rough terrain forklift, SN# 515583, to the roof of the building, were utilizing fall protection. Among the feasible means of abatement that can be used to correct this are: Ensure employees maintain firm footing on the platform floor unless secured by body belt and lanyard as is stated in ASME B56-6-2002, para 5.15.1(u).,
