Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: Two employees were observed working from a platform that was elevated by Lull fork lift truck. The platform did not have a guard rail system, and the employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 to 20 feet above grade level.
