Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: Two sub-contractor employees of Kue Contracting, Inc. were walking and working on platforms, which were attached to an International all-terrain forklift and another forklift, 24 feet above ground level> The employees were not wearing a body harness or other acceptable fall protection. The platforms were several feet wider than the wheel base of the lift and proper guardrails were not provided on the platforms.
