Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard: FALLING
Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: On February 12, 2005 two employees were working from an elevated work platform attached to a rough terrain forklift while neither employee was protected by personal fall arrest systems and complete guardrail systems. The two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 29 feet after being elevated from the first floor level.
