Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. On or about March 27, 2006 an employee was fatally injured when he was struck by a component of a coil cradle. To employer shall eliminate or reduce employee exposure to the hazards of the Rolling Coil Assembly. Feasible and acceptable abatement methods, among others, to correct this hazard are: 1. Train employees on the potential hazards associated with working with the coils and in setting up the coil in the coil cradle assembly. 2. Identify sources of hazards and develop Job Safety Analyses for the Rolling Machine Coil Cradle assembly and the Rolling Machines and other processes in the facility. This would
