Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard: FALLING
Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: Two employees were observed to be in the process of installing windows from a rough terrain lift basket. The basket had missing end rails and the employees were not wearing personal fall arrest systems. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet above grade level.
