Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: a)Electric shock hazards and slips - the ceilings of classrooms 106, 203, 207 and balcony area in front of rooms 104, 109, 201, 202 and 203 of Prof Juana Rosario Carrero School had fissures by which water drips entering electrical equipment (lamps) and falling to the floor. "AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS SEALING THE ROOF." a)Descargas electricas y resbalones - Los techos de los salones de clases 106, 203, 207 y las areas de balcon frente a los salones 104, 109, 201, 202 y 203 , de la escuela Prof Juana Rosario Carrero tenian grietas por donde se filtraba el agua entrando a equipos electricos (lamparas) y cayendo al area de los pisos.
