Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a tip-over hazard. a) Worksite at Marine Ocean Terminal, Bayonne, NJ Employees operated a Clark Fork Lift without a seat belt as part of the operator restraint system. Violation was observed on or about 9/10/04. AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE MEANS OF ABATEMENT TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS: Install operator restraint seat belt according to ANSI B56.1-2000 "Safety Standard for Low-Lift and High-Lift Trucks"ft
